COAL INDIA ......

coal india has made a mockery of presidential directive ..... by accepting just 0.1 % penalty for shortfall .... it has also put some clauses like pricing related to calorific value and some other charges to be bourne by power producers if coal has to be imported .....

now that draft has gone to PMO .... and if they accept it, they wl look like a toothless tiger ... all power stocks shud correct by 5/10 % imdtly as this kind of FSA means nothing to them .... even banks financing them may not accept it and release funds .....

so .... watch this space closely .... IT IS STILL NOT THE END OF THE IMPASSE .......
